The house is 1,618 square foot, with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Downstairs there is an open concept large living room, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there is a bonus loft with a deep futon full of pillows and a TV. A perfect place to read a book or watch a movie. With two master suites, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen, a bunk room and a dedicated workspace the house is made to accommodate two families, or up to 10 adults. The living room downstairs also has a full size pullout couch. The House has four TVs, plenty of games, beach gear, pool floats, luxury beds and bedding. A private entrance to a very special and secluded beach is just 6 houses down. An easy short walk with a provided beach cart that has everything you need for a day at the beach. If you head west a couple blocks you can watch beautiful sunsets from the public intracoastal access. Outdoor living space has a 10 X 20 foot heated pool with plenty of seating, dining table, Weber grill and outdoor shower. A perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or enjoy the dreamy cafe lights for a magical evening. Pool bar coming December 2025!
